In 2002, Vermont Peak Properties Group, with Joe Pollender as a founding partner, purchased the historic Boright Building at One Main Street in Richford.
Joe, a licensed real estate broker in Vermont, with more than 40 years experience in all aspects of real estate had just returned to Richford, the northern border town where he grew up. Real estate brought him back-a redevelopment project centered on the former Sweat-Comings furniture manufacturing building, which he had acquired.
